Everything here describes categories of service and explains how processes work. None of it is a diagnosis, a recommendation, or advice about your situation. Whether any medication is appropriate for you is a decision for a licensed provider who knows your history.

Compounded medications
Compounded medications are prepared for individual patients and are not FDA-approved. They are prepared only on the prescription of a licensed provider.
Telehealth is provided by a separate business
The telehealth path on this site hands you to TNC Walk-In Clinic, an independent partner clinic. They operate the intake, the provider consultation and the payment for that visit. Peak Compounding Pharmacy does not employ those providers, does not influence prescribing decisions, and does not collect the visit fee. Their terms and their refund policy govern that visit and are displayed by them at the point of payment.
An intake does not guarantee a prescription.
Your choice of pharmacy
If a provider issues you a prescription, the choice of where to have it filled is yours. Nothing on this site or in our relationship with any clinic obliges you to use this pharmacy.
Forms on this site
Forms here collect contact information only so that a pharmacist can call you back. Do not submit health information through them. They are not a secure channel for it, and we ask you not to use them as one.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and current. Medication availability, regulations and insurance coverage all change, sometimes quickly. Nothing here is a guarantee that a particular preparation can be made or covered for you. Ask us.
